Paddy (formerly TrustPay) is the trading name of Credova Technologies Limited.

For buyers
- Your WhatsApp phone number, to identify your account and send transaction updates
- Transaction details (item, price, status) needed to track your protected payment
For sellers
- Your WhatsApp phone number, to identify your account and send transaction updates
- Your bank account details, used only to send you payment after a transaction completes
- Transaction details (item, price, status) needed to run the protected payment
How we use it
We use your information only to run your transactions: to verify who you're dealing with, secure payment, and release it once a buyer confirms. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything outside operating Paddy.
Who we share it with
Your payment is secured through Anchor, Paddy's banking infrastructure partner, and held in custody by Anchor's CBN-licensed partner bank. We only share what's necessary for them to do their part. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone else.
How we protect it
Your information is stored securely and only accessed by Paddy for the purposes described here.
Your rights
Whether you're a buyer or a seller, you can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at hello@trypaddy.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page. Continued use of Paddy after a change means you accept the updated policy.
